This PMI-ACP certification training course is designed to build agile expertise and prepare participants for success on the PMI-ACP® exam. By the end of the course, you will be able to: Apply agile principles and practices across multiple frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within agile teams Adapt to changing project needs by shortening feedback loops and embracing continuous improvement Strengthen leadership and team management skills in agile environments Prepare for and pass the PMI-ACP® exam with confidence using mock exams and study tools

For those who wish to sit for the PMI-ACP exam, the following is required: Educational Background: (Secondary Diploma) High school diploma, GED, associate’s degree, or global equivalent Professional Agile Experience (one of the following): – 2-years of agile experience in past 5 years – 1-year agile experience and degree from Global Accreditation Center (GAC) Program – 1-year agile experience and active 3rd party agile certification (current & earned more than 1 year ago) – Active PMP Certification Professional Learning (in Agile Practices): 21 contact hours Hours of formal training must be earned in agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies
