Accredited training for the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader modules is essential for a comprehensive understanding of the material, with ITIL 4 Foundation as a prerequisite. Additionally, candidates must have at least three years of IT managerial experience. After obtaining the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation, completing the Digital and IT Strategy module is necessary for the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
