In this course, students will create complex reports & data sources using the tools in Crystal Reports 2016. Students will not only create more complex reports including sub-reports and cross-tabs, but will also increase their speed and efficiency.

Crystal Reports 2016 – Part 1 or equivalent experience

1 – Plan and deploy Red Hat Satellite

  • Design and execute a Red Hat Satellite Server deployment
  • Perform installation and initial configuration of Red Hat Satellite

2 – Manage software life cycles

  • Create and manage content views
  • Use Satellite to manage the software development life cycle

3 – Register hosts

  • Register Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
  • Organize those systems into groups for easier management

4 – Deploy software to hosts

  • Configure Red Hat Satellite to deploy software packages
  • Manage content views and life cycle environments

5 – Deploy custom software

  • Create and synchronize custom repositories
  • Populate Red Hat Satellite Server with external content

6 – Deploy Satellite capsule servers

  • Perform installation and configuration of Red Hat Satellite capsule servers
  • Extend content delivery across infrastructure

7 – Run remote execution commands

  • Configure remote task execution on managed hosts
  • Integrate Ansible for configuration management upon deployment

8 – Prepare network resources for host provisioning

  • Enable PXE booting and DHCP services
  • Support Metal-as-a-Service (MaaS) provisioning

9 – Provision hosts

  • Learn how to provision hosts integrated with software and configuration tools
  • Automate initial configuration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems

10 – Manage Red Hat Satellite using the API

  • Access Red Hat Satellite Server APIs
  • Integrate with external tools for lifecycle automation

11 – Deploy Red Hat Satellite on a cloud platform

  • Support Red Hat Satellite deployment across hybrid cloud environments
  • Manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux system lifecycles in cloud settings

12 – Perform Satellite server maintenance

  • Plan for backup, recovery, and scaling
  • Ensure secure, stable management of Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® systems

13 – Comprehensive review

  • Validate configuration of Red Hat Satellite
  • Prepare for Red Hat Certified Specialist in Deployment and Systems Management exam
