Understand how an agile approach can impact the way change is managed and delivered Plan a roadmap with all the processes, activities and information needed to manage a change. Apply techniques to identify and prioritize activities according to business value. Create and support the right environment for change. Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and team members. Provide a change that realizes benefits earlier on in the process.

There are no prerequisites, but a basic understanding Agile principles and change management will be helpful.
